The Challenge

The Adams Avenue Business Association excelled at organizing events but lacked professional photography documentation and wasn’t ready to fund a website redesign immediately. They needed a way to generate revenue while attracting partners to their marquee events.

What We Did

  • Built pitch decks, marketing materials, rewards systems and a partner pipeline.
  • Conducted direct outreach to San Diego’s top businesses, brokered negotiations and facilitated partners through the process.
  • Brought more than $100,000 of new revenue to the AABA in the program’s first few months, setting systems for building a long-term program.
  • Documented events throughout the year, providing partners with images and building a large visual asset library.
  • Delivered a revamped website in late 2024.

Impact

The partnership program generated substantial revenue while creating professional visual documentation of AABA events. The organization now has a comprehensive image library telling the story of Adams Avenue’s business district, and in 2025, we designed and launched an enhanced website to better showcase their work.
