The Tijuana River Coalition is a multi-organization effort to address one of the country’s most challenging cross-border environmental crises. They needed both a digital presence equal to the scale of their advocacy and films that would carry their message into rooms where it matters — including the state capitol.
The film documented one of the most public-facing moments in the Coalition’s legislative advocacy — their day at the Capitol carrying the river’s story directly to lawmakers.
